The Ministry of Education sent many schools including Papamoa College, 30 crosses to create a field of remembrance to those that lost their lives in battle. Each cross has a soldiers name on it or marked as an unknown. Students had to measure accurately the spaces and area the crosses were placed. Board of Trustees By-Election

Mr Chris Smith has recently relocated to Auckland and has therefore resigned from his position on the Papamoa College Board of Trustees. Chris made a significant contribution and provided a wealth of experience from previous Board of Trustees. his finance and business expertise was also well utilised. Equestrian Team

Tuesday 31 March our first Equestrian Team competed at the Gamblers Stake in Te Teko.  The event consisted of a 2.4km cross country course with various jumps and then onto show jumping. The girls were amazing and represented Papamoa College proudly. Well done to: Tyler Arnold Y13 riding Chevey, Lucy Archer-Pratt Y13 riding Rosie, Dharia Heywood Y11 riding Jedi and Kira Longman Y11 riding Tilly.
