Deputy Principal  (Daily Organisation / Communications) | 6MU | Permanent | Full Time

We are looking for a Deputy Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. This role will have significant influence on the daily organisation and communication of the College. Applicants need to have a record of leadership and administration experience in middle or senior leadership roles. Relationships are critical and the successful applicant will need to work well with colleagues and staff. They will have exceptional student management skills and the ability to adapt and work with students and their whānau in a wide range of situations. This is an opportunity for someone wanting to move into Senior Leadership or alternatively continue their Senior Leadership career in a new school.

Pāpāmoa College is set in one of the fastest growing suburbs in NZ beside beautiful beaches and rolling hills. We are a relatively new school, established 13 years ago. We are blessed with modern teaching and learning facilities with a student roll of 1800 from Y7 - Y13.  This position will commence in Term 2.

Assistant Head of Learning Area (AHOLA) | Technology | 2MU | Permanent | Full Time

An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Head of Learning Area - Technology at our school. This year we will officially open our brand new, state of the art technology block. This bespoke building will accommodate a full host of technology disciplines including hard and resistant materials, textiles, food, hospitality, digital and design. We are wanting someone to support our HOLA Technology and also bring their own leadership strengths and experience. This person will ideally have experience working with hard materials and in a technology workshop as well as a willingness to engage across the technology curriculum and design process. 

Our school is set in one of the fastest growing suburbs in NZ beside beautiful beaches and rolling hills. Pāpāmoa College is a relatively new school, extablished 13 years ago, we are blessed with modern teaching and learning facilities with a student roll of 1800 from Y7-Y13. This position is an opportunity to take on a leadership role and help develop world class programme of learning. It may also present an opportunity to escape the rat race of a big city and enjoy a beachside lifestyle.
