Deans
Our Deans team provide a central point of support for students, staff, and whānau across the school. They offer guidance around student behaviour, academic progress, and overall wellbeing, working closely with students and their Whānau teachers to support success for every learner.
Deans can assist with subject options, enrolments, attendance concerns, positive learning behaviours, restorative conversations, learning contracts, and learning pathways. They also play a key role in addressing behaviour concerns and resolving conflicts, working in partnership with whānau and staff to ensure early support and positive outcomes.
